5. Agent Verification

All agents listed on the platform undergo a verification process. AgentHiring.io reserves the right to deny, suspend, or revoke verification at its discretion. Verification does not guarantee agent performance.

6. Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine, first-hand experience with an agent. Reviews undergo verification before appearing publicly. AgentHiring.io reserves the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, manipulated, or violate these terms.

7. Disputes

Disputes regarding a listing or a review may be raised with our admin team for review. AgentHiring.io will assess reported content against these terms, and admin decisions are final.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Listing agents that perform malicious or harmful activities
• Manipulating ratings or reviews
• Posting fake, misleading, or incentivized reviews
• Harassment or abuse of other users

9. Limitation of Liability

AgentHiring.io is a directory and review platform. We are not a party to any arrangement you make with an agent or its provider. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any agent listed on the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your settings page.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
